Bucculatrix coniforma
Bucculatrix coniforma is a species of moth in the family Bucculatricidae. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Massachusetts. It was described in 1963 by Annette Frances Braun.

Its wingspan is about 7.5 mm. The forewings are creamy white, obscured by dusting of ocherous- or dark-brown-tipped scales. The hindwings are fuscous. Legs pale whitish ocherous, shaded with fuscous, tarsal segments broadly blackish-tipped.[2]
