Caesar Rodney Institute

The Caesar Rodney Institute (CRI) is a nonprofit Delaware-based think tank that researches economic issues such as jobs, education, energy, and healthcare. It is an affiliate of the State Policy Network of conservative and libertarian think tanks.[2]
