Carlos Rogelio Licona (born March 3, 1995) is an American professional boxer who held the IBF mini flyweight title from 2018 to 2019.[1]

Professional career
Licona turned professional in 2014 and compiled a record of 13-0 before facing and defeating Filipino fighter Mark Anthony Barriga to win the vacant IBF mini flyweight title.[2]
