Chan Kong Pan
Leo Chan Kong Pan (Chinese: 陳港斌; Cantonese Yale: Chàn Góngbān, born 13 April 1996 in Hong Kong) is a former Hong Kong professional football player who played as a centre back.

Club career
On 10 January 2015, Chan made his debut in the Hong Kong Premier League in a 4-1 win for Hong Kong Pegasus.[1]
In 2015, Chan signed for Hong Kong Premier League club Southern.[2]
