Écommoy (French pronunciation: [ekɔmwa]) is a commune in the Sarthe department in the Pays de la Loire region in north-western France.

The municipality covers 28.5 km ² and 4,662 inhabitants since the last population census from 2004. With a density of 163.6 inhabitants per km ² Écommoy rose by 8.0% of its population by 1999.[3]
