Ford Indy V8 engine
The Ford Indy V8 engine is a naturally-aspirated, pushrod Indy car racing V-8 engine, specially designed by Ford for Team Lotus, to compete in the Indianapolis 500; from 1963 to 1967.[3][4][5]

A more powerful turbocharged version of the engine was used by Offenhauser in 1968, and gave Bobby Unser the win that year. The engine made 750 hp (560 kW) @ 9,500 rpm, from a displacement of only 168 cu in (2,750 cc).[6]
