Hridayesh Tripathi
Hridayesh Tripathi (Nepali: हृदयेश त्रिपाठी) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the People's Progressive Party. He's also the current chairman of the party.[1]

A former Minister of Health and Population Tripathi was worked several terms as minister under the government of Nepali Congress and CPN (UML).[2]
Political life
    

He along with Mahantha Thakur, had formed Tarai-Madhesh Loktantrik Party in the wake of Madhes Andolan. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Nawalparasi-6 constituency.[2]
Currently, he is the chairman of People's Progressive Party which he formed after the split in Nepal Communist Party emphasizing the need of a party concentrated towards Agrarianism, Ideological debate and demand of Madhesh/Tharuhath region which were not included in constitution.[1]
