Paul Martens
Paul Martens (born 26 October 1983) is a German former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2006 and 2021.[3] He was named in the start list for the 2015 Tour de France.[4]

In February 2020, Martens announced that he would retire from cycling at the end of the season; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Martens intended to prolong his career until the middle of the 2021 season.[5][6] He retired following the 2021 Giro d'Italia,[3] where he finished 99th.
