Raúl Soto

Raúl Humberto Soto Mardones (born 20 November 1987) is a Chilean lawyer and politician who currently serves as President of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.[1][2]

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Soto and the second or maternal family name is Mardones.
