Tajul Ulama

Tājul Ulamāˈ more fully, Sayyid ˈAbdur-Rahmān al-Bukhāri, Ullal Thangal, (1 January 1920 – 1 February 2014)[2][3][4] was the President of Samastha till 2014.[5] He is the well known Sunni Muslim scholar in Kerala, South India.[6] He was the President of Sayyid Madani Arabic College, Ullal,[7] Jamia Sa-adiya Arabic College[8] and Qazi of Ullal[9][10] Known as the Crown Among the Clerics, Tajul Ulama,[11] Ullal Thangal. He was president of the Samastha the split of the Sunnis in 1989[12] and the AP faction after the split.
