Tirutakkatevar
Tirutakka Thevar was a Tamil Jain poet who wrote Cīvaka Cintāmaṇi, one of The Five Great Epics of Tamil Literature.[1][2] He, was a local king, once a ruler from the Maravar Boomi(Ancient Madurai), lived during the 9th & 10th Century,. He belongs to the Maravar Clan from the Mukkulathor Community. He also supported Kambar, one of the most famous poets of Tamil literature.
