Format
As of 2021-22 Season, 26 teams compete for promoting to 1st League. They were divided into four groups according to their geographical location. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The group winners and runners-up promote to 1st League,third teams in groups advance to the promotion play-offs. Two winner teams of the promotion play-offs qualify for the 1st League.[1]
