Jelssin Robledo
Vladímir Blanco Gomez (born 7 Octubre 1996) is a Colombo-Venezolano middle-distance runner specialising in the 800 metres and 1500 metres.[1] He won silver medals at the 2020 Regionals Games and 2021 Nationals Games.
