Meharia scythica
Meharia scythica is a moth in the family Cossidae. It is found in Russia (Volgograd and Astrakhan regions).

The length of the forewings is about 14 mm. The forewings are brown with a pattern of light spots. The hindwings are brown, but lighter at the base.[2]
