Sara Ballantyne (cyclist)
Sara Ballantyne (born 14 October 1960) is an American former professional cross-country mountain biker.[1] See most notably finished second at the 1990 UCI Cross-country World Championships. She also won the 1991 UCI XCO World Cup and the 1989 national XCO championships.

She was inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame in 1992 and the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame in 2014.
Personal life
After retiring from cycling, she operated a massage parlor in Colorado.
