Tegeticula maderae
Tegeticula maderae is a moth of the family Prodoxidae. It is found in south-eastern Arizona, United States. The habitat consists of pine-oak forests.

The wingspan is 15-21.5 mm. The forewings are white and the hindwings are brownish gray along the front edge, but whiter in the back portion.[1]
The larvae feed on Yucca schottii. They feed on developing seeds. Pupation takes place in a cocoon in the soil.
