2019 US Open – Wheelchair quad doubles
Andrew Lapthorne and David Wagner were the two-time defending champions, but chose not to participate together. Lapthorne successfully defended the title alongside Dylan Alcott, defeating Bryan Barten and Wagner in the final, 6–7(5–7), 6–1, [10–6].
