Disney Junior (Southern African TV channel)
Disney Junior is a channel focused on younger viewers, aged 2–6 years. It launched on 1 June 2011 as its own channel (channel 309 on DStv) from Playhouse Disney; however, a Disney Junior block is shown weekday mornings on Disney Channel EMEA.

Disney Junior programs will also be available on Disney+ when it launches in South Africa on 18 May 2022.[1]
