Guilford Lake is an census-designated place in northeastern Hanover Township, Columbiana County, Ohio, United States.[3] It takes its name from Guilford Lake, which it surrounds.[4] The community was first listed as a CDP for the 2020 census, in which its population was 1,188.[2]
