Horia, Neamț
Horia is a commune in Neamț County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is composed of two villages, Cotu Vameș and Horia.

The commune is located in the eastern part of the county, about 2.5 km (1.6 mi) south-southwest of the center of Roman.
