The station has completed a construction permit from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to move to 92.1 MHz with an increase of effective radiated power to 100,000 watts.[1][2] The station previously broadcast at 92.3 MHz with 1,000 watts and a lower height.

History
The station was assigned the call letters KKYT on August 1, 1999. On July 7, 2004, the station changed its call sign to KSTH.[3]
