Line 13 of the Shenzhen Metro is one of the four new metro lines of Phase IV expansion under construction in the city of Shenzhen, Guangdong.[2] It is expected to be completed and operational in 2022.[3] The first phase of the line will be 23 km (14 mi) long and use eight car type A trains with a maximum operating speed of 100 km/h (62 mph).[4]

Phase 1 (Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint - Shangwu)

Phase 1 of Line 13 will run through Bao'an and Nanshan districts with 16 stations.[4] It will link Shenzhen Bay Immigration Checkpoint to Xili Lake near Shenzhen University.[5] It will open in 2022.[6]

Xili Railway station (Infill station)

It will opens at December 2024.

Northern Extension (Shangwu - Gongming North)

It will open at December 2024.

Southern Extension (Dongjiaotou - Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint)

It will start construction in late 2020 and open in 2025.[7]
