Long Lake Colony is a census-designated place (CDP) and Hutterite colony[3] in McPherson County, South Dakota, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.[2] The population of the CDP was 8 at the 2020 census.[4]

It is in the southeast part of the county, 4 miles (6 km) by road southwest of Wetonka and 14 miles (23 km) southeast of Leola, the county seat.
