History
The Mickey Mouse pancake was reportedly invented by Rick Hubbard, a chef at Aunt Jemima's Kitchen (now River Belle Terrace), a restaurant that operated in Disneyland's Frontierland from 1962 until the sponsorship deal ended in 1970.[1][2]
