Quentin Phipps
Quentin William Phipps (born November 24, 1983) is an American politician who is a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives from the 100th district in Middlesex County.

Phipps was elected in the general election on November 6, 2018, winning 61 percent of the vote over 39 percent of Republican candidate Anthony Gennaro.[1]
