Soumaintrain
Soumaintrain (French pronunciation: [sumɛ̃tʁɛ̃]) is a commune in the Yonne department in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in north-central France. The local Soumaintrain cheese is a washed-rind cheese with protected geographical indication.
