Stanford Field
Stanford Field was an outdoor football stadium on the campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California. The field , which was located at the current site of the Taube Tennis Center, served as the home field for Stanford football and rugby.[1]

The first game at the field was the Big Game between Stanford and Cal on November 11, 1905, with Stanford winning 12–5.[2] In 1921, the team moved to the new 60,000 seat Stanford Stadium.[3]
