Szałot
Szałot (Polish pronunciation: [ˈʂawɔt]) is a Silesian potato salad made with squares of boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, ham, various sausages, pickled fish, boiled eggs, and bonded with olive oil or mayonnaise.
