Gaillan-en-Médoc
Gaillan-en-Médoc (French pronunciation: [ɡajɑ̃ ɑ̃ medɔk], literally Gaillan in Médoc; Occitan: Galhan de Medòc) is a commune in the Gironde department in southwestern France.
